Trying a new workout can be scary. But from the moment you walk into Mettle S&C you’ll be a part of the family.

Our workouts are designed for all levels. We keep the groups small so that we can assess where each client is and what they need to progress or regress the workout.

First Session Free

While our workouts can be challenging, our coaches are there to make sure you are working at an appropriate level for YOU.

This means if you are just starting out, you do just a little and gradually do more. If you are already fit, it means pushing and doing more than you have before.

Everyone starts somewhere. We’re here to show you what you can build to.

Evaluation

We offer a free athlete evaluation by using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). This evaluation not only lets us know where your athlete stands, but also ensures our athletes are able to perform proper functional movement patterns which helps decrease their likelihood of injury.

Make an appointment below with one of our coaches and follow it up with one of our Free Sessions.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST SESSION

Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to class time. One of our coaches will ask you about your goals as well as any orthopedic issues we should know about.

We will run you through our “Big 3”, a quick warmup and a rundown of what to expect during the workout. Depending on your fitness level, your coach will give you guidance during your first session since some exercises may be unfamiliar.

Expect to meet friends, smile, and truly enjoy your workout.
