What is Mettle?
Mettle is a person’s ability to cope well with difficulties or to face a demanding situation in a spirited and resilient way.
We are different than your typical gym workout. Research has proven that sticking to the basics has the best results.
For our youth athletes, we focus on LTAD, Long Term Athletic Development. We will not only work on making your athlete stronger, prevent injury, but also have character, respect, and integrity. We’ve worked with Div I athletes, professional athletes, and down to those as young as 6 years old.
For our adults, we focus on everything from your personal goals, prevent injury, nutritional guidance, and community.
We foster a family and team environment that accommodates a wide range of sport skills and fitness levels for each and every client.
Our coaches have years of experience both as college or professional athletes, but more importantly are strength coach specialists and certified under the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
